Originally the Owl Garage, Roanoke's first 24-hour service shop, this 14,000 square foot building has been adaptively re-used into 19 loft apartments with two ground floor commercial spaces.  The storefronts include the Roanoke office for Sen. Mark Warner and Clutch Smoked Meats.  A city owned alley was acquired in 2019 and converted to outdoor dining for the restaurant.
