A 2008 adaptive re-use project featuring 22 loft style condominiums and two ground floor commercial suites.  The project was a rehabilitation of a early 1920's automobile dealership and the first historic tax credit project in Roanoke's new Salem Avenue Historic District.  Project won awards from Commission of Architectural Review, Downtown Roanoke Inc and the Roanoke Preservation Society.
