     Burt Pinnock is the Design Principal at Baskervill Architects.  A recent recipient of the Virginia Society AIA Award for Distinguished Achievement, Pinnock has become a powerful voice for creative, compelling and responsible design in Richmond's urban landscape.  

     Bill Chapman is a Developer with over $30 million in urban development projects since 2008.  He was recently awarded ULI's 2013 Best Rehabilitation of an Existing Property in the Richmond Region for The Lofts at West Station.  All of his projects have been designed by Pinnock.
