A 2014 urban infill project in Richmond's historic Fan District featuring six new single family homes.   Careful attention to mass, scale and material palette were instrumental in gaining widespread neighborhood support. Three bedroom floor plans included Carerra Marble Baths, Rift Cut White Oak Casework, Quartz countertops and Bosch Appliances.  All homes presold with prices between  $550,000 and $700,000.   See Citizen 6 website here.
