A 2005 adaptive re-use of a 90-year-old warehouse in the Manchester District of Richmond.  Project created three highly customized loft-style condominiums and a ground floor photography studio.  Lofts were featured in Southern Living, Lofts & Condos Magazine, R-Home and the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
