A 2012 and 2018 two-phase project in downtown Roanoke that converted four 95-year-old warehouses into 142 apartments, the highly acclaimed Big Lick Brewing Company and ground floor restaurant, Beamer's 25.  The adaptive re-use was awarded Best Rehabilitation of an Existing Structure in the Richmond Region by Urban Land Institute.  A $18M investment.  See Lofts at West Station website here.
