A 2013 adaptive re-use of a 100-year-old office tower in downtown Roanoke.  The project converted the seven-story structure into 89 apartments and a ground floor restaurant and offices.   The building was the birthplace of the Blue Ridge Parkway, which was designed and managed from its creation in the 1930's.  A $12M investment.  See Parkway 301 website here.
